Can't install microstudio2312

I just built a new computer and this is the last of the software I need to load. I keep getting "not enough memory close some other programs" I have closed all but systray and explorer. It is a win32 error. I have 768 mb ram on Windows 98 SE all updates and the latest updates for DirectX 8.0a this is an Iwill KK266+Raid Mother board with two 60gig Hard drives. This is the only program to give me that message, What's up?
Problem Solved!!
When I followed your workaround to get ASPI 4.60 installed all my memory problems went away. I tried to load yesterday and got that Adaptec message you can't use this without an Adaptec adapter installed.
thanks guys & girls

768 megs of ram

Windows 98 sc will not handle that much ram. you will receive a message telling you that you don't have enough memory. Try ME or 2000 pro
