Microstudio isn't working with my new Plextor 760A
 

I installed my new Plextor 760A CD Rom and the drivers. When I go to Microstudio to copy CDG's it shows that the 760 does not support Karaoke. I am copying regular CD's from it, so I know it is working. I have the 2.5.06 version of Microstudio. Do I need a newer version?

Yes. The 760 was not supported until version 2.612 or 2.613 (current version). This is a fairly new drive, so wasn't around when the older versions were created.

Okay, now my Hoster won't let my Plextor 760A do Karaoke
 

Microstudio did work when I downloaded the newer version. Thanks. But now I open hoster and it does the same thing. It tells me that the 760A won't do Karaoke.

Which version of Hoster?

3.1.2.0 I think.

I purchased it in December 05

Yes, 3.1.2.0 is the version.

Then the same applies as MS. You need to upgrade Hoster as well.
