Need help with upgrade
We ust bought the upgrade from Lite to the full hoster becasue we need to be able to install the program on our laptop - (it used to be on the laptop, but we had to replace the hard drive) We have it currently installed on our desktop computer.
When I paid I received the link to the receipt but there is no link for the download on the order page. I thought if I just re-download the original program on the laptop it would work, but I get through the installation and it says I can only install on one computer. I could have just bought a new Lite for the laptop - for less money - and it would be working. What do I do now? Please help!! |

I went to the order and there is nothing to download. When we bought Hoster Lite there was a download link on that order. There is no download link on this order.

Okay, maybe I am just not that smart... I go to My Account. I see My Recent Orders... I highlight the top one (the one we placed yesterday for the upgrade)... I click on it and it brings me to the invoice... there is no download link on the invoice. What am I doing wrong?

go to my accounts/login in/left side click show my orders/click on view (right side) / look for the download links at the bottom left.

There order was not there, I have now fixed this for you, Please go into your account. I have verified that it is there.
