Unable to register and install Hoster Lite upgrade
 

I bought and downloaded Hoster Lite 3.310 Upgrade. I am unable to get past the registration on the install.

I am upgrading from version 3.30 purchased May 2005 as an upgrade to version 2.127 (purchased May 2004). I have the MTU Portable PC, so the original version came loaded on the computer.

I entered my registration code from my original download email (It did not load automatically). I entered the registration code from the upgrade email. I get a message that I have entered a registration code for a different product. I have no other products.

I have changed email addresses since 2005. Does that matter? I used every combination of email addresses, registration codes, and serial numbers.

How do I get this thing loaded, or how do I get my money back.
