Microstudio upgrade

Help,
I bought the upgrade for Microstudio because I recently invested in a Plextor 760a, and 2400 does not recognize this drive.
My download link is just a series of numbers and I don't know how to download it.
my order says "shipped" but doesn't give me a registration or mention my e-mail.
Please advise
Regards from across the pond.

Are you trying to download from email link or from store account?
Maybe this will help.

Hey ddouglass,
Have already been through the stages.
My account gives me a download code, numerals and capitals.
Try to use this...nowhere
Used the links in the e-mails.... nowhere
Been through the FAQ's....nowhere
Been through the critical downloads....nowhere
My upgrade is from 2400 to 2613
I bought this at least 4 years ago or whenever it was upraded from 2315
In the past upgrading was simple, have upgraded Vogone, Hoster and Keyrite
recently with no problems.
I don't have a registration code to use because of the age.
I wouldn't have bothered to upgrade now except the old version doesn't rcognize my Plextor 760A
I really need an email with the registration code or a download site as in the old days, why is Microstudio different from everything else?
Regards from across the pond.

Garry,
Are you looking in your original order for the program or in the upgrade order ($15) for your download link? The original order will show that the link is expired and won't have the download button. Your upgrade order should have a Download button at the bottom of the page and show expiration one year from purchase date.

ddouglass,
Yes I tried the original code although I didn't expect it to work.
My order for Microstudio 2613 does not have either a registration or email address at the bottom, as do other upgrades I have purchased.
What's more it doesn't have the Download section at the bottom either.
It gives me an M/C code for internet download, but no one seems to know how this works.
I thought the new download procedure was to make everything simpler.
Regards from across the pond.

Hey Dale,
Many thanks for taking the time to try to solve my problem.
I know a lot of things get sorted out very efficiently in these forums and once you've left uour own stupidity behind, it suddenly dawns that most things have a logical end.
Again thanks
Regards from across the pond.
Garry
PS
MTU, there must be a simple solution to my problem, I just need a registration code and a proper download link

Gary,
As stated in the Faq posted above by Dale, it states the Downloads are only good for 1 year. So if it is past that time, you must purchase the upgrade. In your case all you need to do is go into your Store account, and purchase the upgrade to Microstudio 2.613. It was never a free upgrade from 2.400.

It will cost you $15.
