Help

We got Hoster because a friend has it and has enhanced his business with it. Since we got it a week ago today we have not been able to do a thing with it. Everytime we try to download a cdg and store it on the external harddrive it aborts. Why? We need help badly. We are ready to computerize our system so that we can enhance our business. Anyone that has any suggestions or can help us please feel free to give us any suggestions or help. It will be greatly appreciated

Thank you
Southernfried

Have you tried storing it on the internal drive?:w

my internal drive is only a 40 gb hard drive that is why I bought a 120 gb external hard drive. Hoster sent me an email telling me how to do this and I did. Still not able to get it to work no matter what I do

just for giggles, try using the internal drive to see if it works.. this will see if there is a problem with the external drive. If this works then try moving the KMA files to the other drive . Then rebuild your database

For Giggles I did as you said and it still is aborting all songs

Hopefully MTU Support will see this soon. Try reinstalling hoster and see if it helps.

do you have all windows updates ?

did you select the path (external drive) that hoster will store the cdg's (kma) on ?

if you use an external hard drive you have to make sure the drive letter stays the same or you will have trouble.
