What have I done or not done when I get error message 7

The e-mail address you used to purchase hoster doesnt match the one you put in the box when you were installing it.

Both the e-mail address and the registration number must be correct.

I just checked and you should not have any errors when trying to install. You should be using this email: nfountai at earthlink.

Try it again and let me know what happens.
