DVI-D vs DVI-I for Video Monitors

I have the new MTU Rack Karaoke computer with ASUS extreme AX300 video card. I have been trying to find an adapter for the dual monitor DVI-D output side. After researching the adapters I found out the output is a DVI-D (dual Link) output and was told it is for Digital only. Question is: Can I run my LCD Multi Media Display from the DVI-D output and if so where can I get the adapter to do so? :c I have been looking and was told only the DVI-I could be used with VGA Monitors.

Check this Company for cables http://www.computercablestore.com/HD...FQkyHgodCALJzQ

I have never used the DVI interface's, we just use the old regular VGA connectors.
