Cannot save the altered music file

I cannot save the changed tracks which are created. I've imported the tracks using Microstudio and I can pick up a track and import it to either Keyrite or Vogone and the software does as I expect however, when I stop the preview and click on Save I get the window in My Music and I've created a new file in there for the new tracks, I double click on this and then click SAVE in the newly named track which has had its key changed or the vocal removed and nothing happens.

I aint no IT whizzo I'll admit but I can save a file! What am I doing wrong? It's driving me nutz! I really want to hear the result of saving a changed file and then changing the key but I cannot. Please help.

I use XP. The file type which is trying to be saved is *wav and it doesn't matter if I add a title to this *wav or not, it just won't save and nothing arrives in the box on the keyrite or vogone software window next to the button for saving the file.

HELP!!

I'm unclear what program you are using that you are trying to SAVE. :?

Keyrite and Vogone create NEW files so they don't overwrite your original. Thus, they always are doing a "Save As" operation, not Save.

This allows you to make a change, save it and compare it to other files with different changes to the same original. Then, you can see which is the best.

If this didn't help you, please ask again and be very specific about what program you are using, and what it is you want to do. Once we understand the question, we can provide an answer.
