I Sent An Email To Support Asking If Plextor Px-716a Worked With Hoster V3.303 Never Got An Answer Seems Like Everytime You Have Something Go Wrong With These Programs You Have To Upgrade And Then Buy New Equiptment To Make It Work. You Can Never Get Support From Mtu. You Have To Depend On Someone Else Telling You How To Fix A Problem. I Could Never Recomend This Program To Anyone.

The support you are looking for is currently working hard on adding some new features and fixing some minor problems within Hoster. The best way to get support anyway is not email but posting in these forums for assistance. An email tends to get lost in the massive amounts of email they get at MTU.

To answer your question yes the Plextor 716A is supported by Hoster Version 3.303.

Yes,the Plextor 716 model has been supported since 3.110. So it has been supported for a long time.

What is the exact problem that you are having?

I just checked to see if I had any emails from the Email that you have Registered to your forum name, and I don't have any. So I never got your email.
