Several factors could cause this problem, however the most likely is the reading laser on player #2 or the subsampling rate(s) on player #2.

For example: A disc made on a Plextor 16/10/40A burner @ 16x might play just fine on a JVC or RSQ or Pioneer player, BUT it will NOT play fine in an AS-222 player since those players are designed for much lower rates.

The same disc burned at a slower speed (1x) should play fine in all players including the AS-222. But 1x is not fun to use.

If you're burning at a fast rate (48x or 54x) then try it at a much slower speed and see how it works.
