Re-install Hoster, unable to re-install error already installed on 2 pc's, HELP

Hi,
Please help. I am trying to install Hoster and I am unable to re-install.

I have sold my backup system, before doing so I uninstalled Hoster then I wiped the hdd 5 times, then ran a system restore from the manufacturer restore cd.

I am buying a new system to replace that backup system.

In addition to that, I had a virus on my main system. I uninstalled Hoster and other apps, before doing a restore on my main system. I have performed a restore 2 times to make sure there are no lingering problems or virus.

I am now trying to install Hoster on my main system, and a msg appears telling me I have already installed the program on 2 pc's. This is not the case any more and I need this to work tomorrow as I am scheduled for a nightclub! Please help!

I am also worried, what if, in the future, a worse case cenario happens, my main system and backup system has a problem and I need to re-install my apps at a gig with no internet access? What do I do then?

Thank you for your help, I hope someone will contact me soon!

Also unable to install on 2nd computer?

I only have 1 laptop that has Hoster on it. Purchased Hoster & suite in May of 2005. Also paid for the new update in Jan. 2006. Now I want to install on my home tower computer and MTU says I have already installed on two computers. Which I have not. I have contacted MTU support and NO RESPONSE. I only use the program for personal hobby use. Have they ever contacted you to reset your install on your new computer??? I am a little upset about my problem, hope they will respond to my unanswered e-mail request.

Simple solution:

Then you would need to play the CDG discs's in a karaoke player.
This would suffice as the "True" backup".
I am assuming you DO have the discs.

Similar situation here. I emailed MTU support regarding the rebuilding of my machine (hard drive failure) including a reinstall of Hoster and no reply.

I have a gig this weekend and need this to be working before then.

I sure hope someone is there and can assist ASAP!

The program is really great...if only they had some support for it.

I belong to the American DJ Association and attend monthly local chapter meetings (Chicagoland chapter - we were just named the Chapter of the Year!). I've been telling others about MTU Hoster and they would like me to do a demonstration. I wonder if I'll need to cancel it because I can't get it reinstalled and support hasn't contacted me yet.

How unfortunate that would be. http://forum.mtu.com/images/icons/icon9.gif

For those in this thread who have a problem re-installing Hoster, if you will each post separate new threads in the "Critical - Registration Problem" forum you will get a faster response out of MTU. From the posts I have seen I get the feeling that MTU has problems with their email and don't receive a lot of them.

What good are they, "As stated earlier, I mentioned using the discs as a backup with a karaoke player until a fix is resolved."
