that has something to do with your email address.

and?

Beavis March 27th, 2006 07:10 AM

your using the wrong one

Brucey March 27th, 2006 08:51 AM

If I enter the wrong email address the installer tells me I have entered an invalid email address. I am using the one that is on my account page (for version 2)along with the original user id. However the upgrade is on another email address and I cannot get away with just installing the upgrade with either the original user id or the upgrade id.

Tell me about it, that's why I needed a new computer the old notebook had more cracks than Di Vinci's "last supper". Well it's over to MTU to sort this one out.

I have now fixed your Email to be set to the exact same one that your Forum name is registered to. This is your first.lastname@baldane.co.uk. Replace First with your First name and Last with your Last name, and it will then no longer give you the Error 7.
