registration problem already on 3 computers

hi i recently downloaded the upgrade to hoster and my computer crashed when i opened it
i had to wipe my hard drive clean and re-install everything
when i tried to re-install microstudio 2610 it said it was already on 3 computers
i have never had 3 computers only 2 my desktop and my mtu laptop
can you fix this for me so i can re-install it on my laptop
