"Error 7" Please contact MTU.

Ok, what's the problem this time?

it has to do with your email address

I have now fixed this. The problem is that you had a bunch of email addresses in your record.

You can only use ONE for it to work without this error.

I have set them all to your intrstar email address.

Well, thanks for that but, now it's telling me that I got it installed on more than 2 machines. :(

it is only installed on 1 machine and has never been installed on more then 1 machine. (I only have 1 machine that CAN run it).

I love the products guys, but it seems that I almost always have problems with your install program. :(

You can now install again.

Since you change your email address often, and you re-install Windows often, you will continue to have these problems.

That's your choice... right? Expect the same results the next time this happens, and please... don't get mad at us.

Are you installing Hoster 3.120, or a prior version? You would have fewer problems if you upgraded to our latest versions.

You know, If I had the slighest clue what your obvious fettish with 5 and 6 year old email addresses was, I might be a bit easier to get along with.

There is no "fettish". It is a simple fact that we have 5 different emails for you. Whenever you change your email address in our store account it prevents you from registering until we change all past Registration Emails to the current one. It is the way our web security scripts are written.

As I said in my email to you, we have it scheduled to modify our script to allow any past email to work. However, until that happens, when you order something with a new email address, or you visit your Store Account and modify your current email address, it will prevent you from registering. I think that's as clear as I can give to you.

So, when you change things, expect to ask for our help. Believe me, as soon as we can fix our script we will so you or MTU don't have to spend time doing this.
