audio and graphics drop out URGENT!!!
 

I started experiencing audio drop outs and hesitation on the graphics after I upgraded. I since have installed the prior version and am still having the same problem. After the song plays for about 45 seconds to a minute, my screen goes black and audio drops, briefly. If I click the mouse, the screen reappears. I have a dell laptop and have never had this problem until now. I have 3 gigs, this week. Two are new ones and I don't want to lose them. Please help ASAP.

for now unistall the version you are having problems and re-install a prior version that worked properly.

I would say this is coincidence. The audio drops just about always end up coming from something else running on the system, such as Spyware.

You might try running an Antivirus and Antispyware on the system and see what happens.

do a restore on your unit back to the day before or the week before you did the upgrade then try the version that worked

this should put back any setting that the upgrade changed
