Transfer Of Ownership

Just bought the latest upgrade for Hoster. I another person bought it as a gift for me and I had you guys transfer ownership of the program over to me. When I went to install the upgrade, it still asked for the original email and reg # for the person that bought it the first time. How do I get Hoster tranfered over to MY NAME ONLY and never have to deal with the "other person" again?

We don't do transfers on the request of the receiving party as too often a theft has been involved. We are very careful to protect our paying customers. :w

Please have the person who bought the product email sales at mtu dot com that they want to transfer the product they bought to you. Ask them to include the sales order # if they still have it.

That had already been done. You don't have any record of it being done?

Ok... I give up. Who contacted MTU about this? When did they contact us? How did they contact us? And... who at MTU did they contact?

Instead of the above, why not just post the ordering party's name and order number here. Then, we will contact them for approval. It's very expensive time wise for us to do this... make it easy for us. :r
