How do I transfer my Microstudio Software from my old computer to my new computer I just purchased?:?

You can install Microstudio on up to 3 computers. We do this so when you upgrade your computer you can reinstall it.

Find the Installation program and install it on your new computer. :)

Can't reinstall software?
 

I get a message saying...Your serial number does not match your registration information? What am I doing wrong here?

Can't find original e-mail to install Microstudio. Can't get copy saved on disc to work. keep getting message wrong computer. If I give you all my info on me so you can possibly look and verify I purchased Microstudio can you send it to me again? I'm lost at this point. Please help.:?
