upgrade problem
 

i am trying to upgrade from 3.3 to the 3.3.01. i read in the forum that as a bug fix, its free, but when i try to upgrade it tells me to pay. any users out there know how to get this working? i paid for the product, the upgrade to 3.3., etc. if this is already in the forum, my apologies for the repetition, i didnt see any other mentions of this problem.
