Tried to install Microstudio 2.612 ,12 times and never once did the window to type in registration code open. When I down loaded Vogone a drop down window asked for a registration code and then installed. Way won't Microstudio? Someone from your sales department said it might be because of the firewall or virus scan, but that isn't it, or it would not down load at all. Thank You.

I found your Vogone registration record notification I receive. However, there were no Microstudio attempts, failed or otherwise.

Thus, either you have a damaged download Microstudio Installation Program, or your firewall blocked the registration attempts. My guess is a bad download file.

Redownload and install again.
