Hello everyone

My laptop had a corrupt file in my XP so I had to reload everything , I now have everything up and ready to go .
I have all my kma files backed up on an Ex drive .
What procedure do I take to load them back onto my cdrive for hoster ???
I know I need to rebuild my song data base what are the steps I need to take here.
Thanks

This is listed in the Manual. Go to the Help Menu\Read Manual.

What you need to do is put the files wherever you wish for them to be on your computer. So go to Windows Explorer and copy the files to the location that you wish for them to be located.

Once this is done, then you just need to go to Tools\Builds Song Database. Select this new folder above where you have stored the files. Once you have done this, click the Rebuild Songs Database button.

No sweat...very simple..after getting 3.301 on second laptop...did exactly that and worked great! Now I got twoo good laptops with 6000 songs a piece both on 3.301 updated and ready to go to first gig at 8 pm tonight.

I WILL bring all my cdg's(dont expect to use 'em, however) with me. Do you others keep a backup cdg player and discs nearby or just bring one laptop to all your shows all the time....would like to hear how you guys are doing this part?
