can someone tell me how to get in my store acc. i have try a new pass word.i try a new account.and it tell me my email or password in wrong.idont know what else to do. von

Sorry about this. This is an ok Place to post this. The FAQ is located at: http://www.mtu.com/support/faq/faq-website.htm

This will work, unless your Email address has changed or is different.

If it has changed then Please email me your new Email Address and the old one to support at mtu.com. Also put in your Forum User name as wmccorn.

There is no reason that our email client would renject emails. I am not sure what happened with that.

Please post the email address here and let me see if I can fix your problem.

Your email was already set to your NEW Email. So use your Email at Charter.net.

This is the one that will let you into the Store.

mtu i have ask for help before about and it still not fixed.i can not get in my store acc# it say no match for email or password.my email was has change and i reported it and byran said he changed it but it still wont let me in

i got in my store acc#but it say( download links are created only for software items, not cdrom) does that mean i have to order the upgrade? even though i payed for the cdrom on 4-30-05 thanks von

If you ordered only the CDRom, then you didn't get the upgrades.

You will need to purchase the upgrades for the products if your download links are not in your account, they are only there for 1 yr.

If they don't show, purchase the upgrades for the products thats the only thing that you can do.

Your email is the correct email, so you should beable to login to your Store account.
