My Store Account STILL Says "No Purchases"
 
Hello,
Regretfully, I am not here posting happy thoughts. Many, many months (8/14/05) have passed since I purchased Hoster (version 3.110). Since then I have made several attempts to be able to successfully download newer versions through the "My Order History" window.

And guess what it STILL says?

"You Have Not Yet Made Any Purchases"

I have emailed customer support... I have emailed the original person who helped me on Nov. 22, 2005 (thank you Bryan, at least you hooked me up with v. 3.120)... I believe I even made a post on here. Maybe, maybe not.

I was told that the webmaster was going to be contacted to fix my purchase history.

Well it's Feb. 8 2006 and according to the "company store" I have STILL never purchased anything.

GUYS... THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

It is no fun being the devil's advocate here. I need some assistance. I need some help. I need to upgrade.

This shouldn't be so hard!!

It's not that I am unable to use the software... the software (version 3.120 I am still stuck with) works fine for the most part. Minus the fact that it will not play ANY of my zipped files.

PLEEZ, PLEEZ... PLEEEEEZ... HELP A BROTHER OUT!

I am waiting. :)

well for starters your next upgrade is not free, so purchase it and make sure you use the correct email address !
