Help critical hoster won't install

Went to install new version and I received a message that it was installed on two computers already.........NOT.
I have a show Saturday
Please help

I went ahead and did system restore so I could do my show tonite.
Still need MTU to find out why it's showing that my Hoster is on two computers. :?
