What laptop video cards are successfully playing MPEG files to extended monitor?

My Toshiba M70 has a 256 mb ATI Radeon X700 and MPEG files don't show on the extended monitor. MP3+g and KMA files are no problem. My desktop Asus with Radeon 9600XT plays MPEGS fine. So what laptop 256 mb video card is successfully playing MPEG files to a secondary monitor? Appreciate any feedback, thanks.

I have a hp zd8000, and it only has the ati600 video with 128 meg video ram it plays the mpegs to the second monitor with no problems. Play around a little with the video settings, especially the extended monitor check box. you may find the problem.

If all else fails read the manual. :g
