Read Toc Command Failure>>i Need Help
 

I just got the Plextor writer and the Microstudio software and I can't copy my cdg's,it keep on saying (TOC command on device 0:00 illegal command request) and it doesn't allow me to record my cdg's..
please help

1. Have you tried all of the instructions under the tech support forum?

2. Make sure that you have Auto Insert Notification turned off on your Plextor drive, you can find out how to do this from this location: http://www.mtu.com/support/microstud...tall-sheet.htm

3. Do not install Adaptec Direct CD. This program can cause all sorts of problems. If you have installed it, then uninstall it by following the instructions located at: http://www.mtu.com/vbulletin/showthr...p?threadid=334

4. Please try updating your ASPI drivers for starters. http://www.mtu.com/vbulletin/showthr...p?threadid=493
