media not supported
 

I have px-716A purchased from MTU and microstudio version v 2.612. Can download cdg to hard drive but when I try to duplicate I come up with error: start DAO recording command failed on device 1:1:0 Disk type not supported. A friend has same set up as I. I've tried the media he uses and I still get same error code. Have tried other solutions suggested in other forums with no success. Any more suggestions that I might try?

You have another CD burning software running when you boot your computer. This error is described at: http://forum.mtu.com/showthread.php?t=3622

Disable any burning sotware from loading on boot and this will then go away.
