Updating Hoster-free or update charge?

I have Hoster 3.108. The last of December I was reading about the new update. I thought it said anyone with Hoster 3.0 or more could have the update free. Now I am unable to find that. Do I have to pay for the update?

Hoster Upgrade

I purchased the Hoster upgrade after purchasing a new notebook. I am not able to install hoster on my new notebook deu to Hoster allready being installed on 2 machines. I have sold my previous notebook and Took hoster off of it. Can you tell me how I can install my programs on my new notebook?
