upgrade link still shows 3.120
 

I am attempting to upgrade to 3.3. The link still shows 3.120. I purchased on 11-05. What is the process for users that fall under the free upgrade?

Do I get free upgrades to MTU software products?

Yes, with some restrictions. Starting with Microstudio 2.506, released August 12, 2003, we have a new security protection that requires a Registration Code to install. This code is created when you order from our on-line store, and emailed to you along with the download link to get the program over the Internet. This still allows you to get free upgrades within your purchased version number. For example, if you buy Microstudio 2.506, you can have free upgrades to any 2.5 version, which will be for bug repairs and minor feature additions. When we add major new features and change from 2.5 to 2.6, there will be an upgrade charge if released beyond 30 days from the day you order. For example, if you purchase a 2.604 version and within 30 days we release 2.700 version, we will give you a free upgrade to the 2.7 version.

Major product changes, for example from 2.x to 3.x, are considered a different product. In this case, if you have purchased a prior version of this product name (Vogone 2.210 for example), for a limited introductory period (usually 1 month), we make a special offer to buy the 3.x product at the retail price less what you paid for the prior version. There may be exceptions to this on individual products.

Hoster has been upgraded to 3.3 from 3.120. As stated above it is the same product version (3).

I also read in the forums that going to my account the link will automatically download the newer version. I've attempted this and the previous version downloads.

Hoster was upgraded from 3.120 to 3.300, so you pay, just like it says..

Also the download link will not deliver a new upgrade that requires a purchase, and the upgrade was released beyond your 30 day grace period.

Read it again. Remember, the clock is ticking on the discount.

After re-reading I see the difference and my mistake. Hope they hurry up with the database upgrade so I can pay for that too! Let the clock tick!
