Can't find the link to upgrade to 2.612
 

I own Microstudio 2.6.0.4. I'm trying to locate the link to upgrade to 2.612.

On the page http://www.mtu.com/basics/karaoke.htm is located a link "Click here to get your FREE Upgrade". This link leeads to the page http://www.mtu.com/support/microstud...on-details.htm. This is a page that shows Microstudio Version Details for versions 2.506 and higher. I don't see any links to download the upgrade.

What gives?

I am having the same problem. I can't find where to download the upgrade. My

Email to download the original has my personal site but only redownloads the
original. Has anyone ugraded sucessfully?

First, I thank you for pointing out that we had the wrong links on each product page. :e

I just upgraded these pages for Microstudio and Hoster. Go back to this link and click the link to get the free upgrade now.

The old way also still works... find your download instruction email and click the download link. That is how we have done free upgrades for years.

The new way is to go to your MTU Store Account, sign in (if you have deleted the Cookie it inserts to allow instant access), find the My Account Info box in the RIGHT column and click the View My Order History link.

In the screen that appears, locate your Microstudio order. When the order page appears, scroll to the bottm. The "left" section has your download link and the "middle" section shows your RegCode and RegEmail for this order.

If you have more than one copy of Microstudio (or any other MTU program), you will have different RegCodes for each ordered copy. Be sure you get the right RegCode for the copy you have installed on "this computer". :w

We added this new Store Account feature in the event you loose your download email and link. Also, by the end of January, the old download links will no longer download the new install file, but rather direct you to your account where all your information is saved.

Go to your Store account as stated in this FAQ: http://www.mtu.com/support/faq/faq-website.htm

The old Download Links are no longer able to be upgraded, you must go to your Account to get the latest version.
