MTU.Community - Pre-Purchase Question

Hello everyone. :)
I recently purchased/downloaded Microstudio 2.612 separately.
I now want to purchase Karaoke Suite 4 (which includes Microstudio).

The MTU General Info and Policies FAQ "Can I upgrade to a Karaoke Suite package later if I bought one program earlier" mentions a discount coupon that can be requested by contacting email Sales. I sent the email and after further reading found out that I should ask questions using the Forum first.

Should I be waiting for a response back to my email or can I get the discount coupon (redeem code) using the forum. Who do I contact to do this.
