Re-install Didn't Do It
 
I HAVE APLEXTOR 12/10/32A AND A PLEXTOR PX708UF BURNERS. IN THE MIDDLE OF DUPLICATING SOME DISC, SOMETHING WENT WRONG AND I GOT AN ERROR MESSAGE - -LOAD DISC COMMAND FAILED ON 2:1:0 device contains no disc or is not reading. (04h 00h 02h 02h 57h 00h). I UNINSTALLED THE DRIVER, UNINSTALLED MICROSTUDIO, REINSTALLED MICROSTUDIO, BUT HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO REINSTALL THE DRIVER. I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT SAYS IT WAS UNABLE TO INSTALL THE DRIVER.

THE PROGRAM OPENS VERY SLOW - WHEN I CAN GET IT TO OPEN AT ALL.

When you say Driver are you referring to the ASPI driver? There is no other driver than this, that I know of, as everything is Built into the Microstudio.exe file.

You should also update the firmware for your Plextor drives to see if this will help from: http://www.plextor.com/english/suppo...oads.html#firm
