Your Serial No Does not match reg details KHPro & Vogone

I upgraded to Full studio tonight and it is causing me major stress.
The Upgrade for MTU Studio installed no problem.
The upgrade for Keyrite installed no Problem

For KHPro & Vogone both are telling me that the reg details do not match, please reinstall.

I have now uninstalled, reinstalled & rebooted 7 times and I still get the same error details.

Can some kind person please shed some light on this for me.

best regards & thanks,

Andrew

Andrew,

Try this one...

Click on the serial number does not match registration...
in the FAQ list at this url. It deals with upgrading older products that may run into this problem.

George,

These are the same details you gave me previously. I have gone through the posts several times now and do not see a solution.

The posts are for older versions of the program, they are also for older operating systems.

I am working off XP Pro, and 2.6.12 full package, I have a network card installed and working via server.

The Studio works, Keyrite Works, but the problem lyes with Vogone, and KH Pro only.
I am gettting seriously fed up with this program now despite looking forward to using it and paying for it.

Can anyone assist.

Best regards & thanks,

Andrew

I reviewed your Registration attempts at the web site.

Your failed attempt to install KHPro was because you were using the Keyrite Registration Code.

I didn't find a Vogone Registration attempt, so it must not have even got to our web site.

Each product has:

1. A separate Installation Program, obtained from the download link for that product.

2. A separate Registration Code (RegCode).

3. A separate Registration Email.

When you run the install program for a product, and enter the correct RegCode and RegEmail for that product, if your computer is connected to the Internet should register and install that product.

For each installation attempt, your computer must be on-line to the Internet, or use a separate Floppy Disc for each product to register on a second computer that is on-line, then bring the Floppy Disc back to the computer to install on.

Try the above instructions and post back here if these are not working. Your record shows RegCodes for each product so you should be able to install.

Hoorah !

Success.

I uninstalled the problem programs. (Rebooted, of course)

Downloaded the files again from the site, and installed them.

This time the registration window came up and it worked.

Many thanks to George & Admin,

best regards

Andrew
