have you read the manual ??

citycowgirl August 29th, 2005 04:04 PM

yes i have twice. Nothing works I have tried everything I can do that I understand in the manual. It shouldn't be this hard. I have the cd (chartbuster) in the computer, the number shows up but no songs show up on the screen to down load. I know the disk works because I use it every week.

Read this FAQ: http://www.mtu.com/support/faq/faq-h...mportDiscError This tells you exactly what you need to do for this problem.

Also do you have a Plextor drive, if you don't this could also be part of the problem.

You will need a Plextor PX-716A or UF model drive. This depends on if you need this for Internal inside of your computer, or if you need an external drive.

That's why MTU has free demos on their software products.
