Plextor DvD issues
 

I have tried everything to import my cdg file using Hoster3.18 but it will not see the info on the disk. I have a Plextor px-708uf drive, running a p4 1.8 with 1g memory and 360 gig of Hdd space. Can Someone please help me to get he plextor to work?

djrosco, I moved your post to the Hoster Help forum.

Click the Tools menu, CD/DVD Drives Defaults... command and select your Plextor in the list box... EVEN it is appears there now, select it again and click OK to set it.

You can also click the Tools menu, Detect Drives command and make sure your Plextor is installed and found in this window.

Try and run any other software (ex: what came with the Plextor) and see if it can read or write the Plextor. If not, it may not be installed correctly. Check all cables by removing them and reseating them again. Make sure the drive lite comes on when you select it in Explorer or My Computer's screen.

Post back here it that works so we know you are fixed. If not, tell us as much as you can about what is happening so we have something to diagnose with.

Have you gone to the tools menu, and set your default drive?

This will fix your problem.
