When you say it won't let you, can you explain what you mean?

The download will give you the file, from the site, as long as you type your link in correctly.

Are you trying to Install the software, and getting an error?

To download the Updated version, you go to your Original email, and click on or type in your "Personal Download Link" this is how you get any updates that you are entitled to.
