Echo Indigo DJ

I know there are some of you out there who use the Indigo DJ sound card and would like for you to help me out with a problem if you can. I just purchased the Indigo DJ and it works great for Hoster and my OtsDJ program. However, neither Microstudio or Windows Media Player will run when I have the default audio set to the Indigo DJ. Have any of you using this card had this problem and if so, is there a way to use Microstudio and Windows Media Player with this card. Currently, I am setting the default audio to the onboard sound card when I use Microstudio or Windows Media Player and then setting it back to the Indigo DJ when I do shows. Any help or information would be appreciated.

This makes no sense, as if Hoster is using it correctly, Microstudio should also.

I am not sure what to tell you to try, but as you stated, some client with this same card may know more.

Re: Echo Indigo DJ

Thanks for the response Brian. Yes, it makes no since to me either, however a friend of mine has the same problem. When I set the IndigoDJ card as the default, I can run Hoster on channels 1-2 and set my OtsDJ to channels 3-4 and they both work great. But Microstudio and Windows Media Player give an error when I try to play anything through them that says they have to shut down. So, what I am doing now is change my onboard laptop card as the default when I am using Microstudio or Windows Media Player at home and then change it back to the IndigoDJ when I'm doing a show.
