I have a MTU product and want to upgrade but I don't have the original email with the info. I do have my registration code from my program. What do I need to do now?

To get the upgrades for free you must have your original email. If you loose this you must purchase the upgrade from www.mtu.com to get a new copy of the email.

I have no record of your purchase under this Email that you are registered with in the forums. Please send me an email to support at mtu dot com.

What I need is the email address that you had purchased the software under and your full name. Once I have this I can tell you if you must purchase the upgrade or if I have it.

I searched under this email and name, and I can't find anything. I have sent you another email, which was sent on 5-2-05. Haven't heard back since this.
