i have upgraded to your new version 2.610 from 2.517 and now it won't dected my burner should i do?

I talked to the Engineer on this, and all that we went through on the phone trying to fix it. He said that only thing is that there is something in your system that is blocking this from working. He also said that the only way to fix your system would be to Reformat it and reload Windows.
