puting cdg tracks on dvd

Can CDG tracks be recorded on DVD disks?

If so, how?

How many songs can be put on DVD disks (average, depends on length of songs of course)?

If conversion is needed, is there a quality loss? If so, how much? Is it very noticeable?

Thanks.

What you can do is burn up to 4.3G of cdg or Bin file on a DVD-RW and than read them thru the hard drive command on Microstudio :e

I am looking for a way to put them on DVD and have them playable in a DVD player. The goal is to reduce the number of disks I have to cart around.

WAYNEC,

Take a look at Hoster. That's just what it's designed for.

Otherwise you need two pieces of software for a two step conversion process.

1-Convert from CDG to AVI

2-Convert from AVI to DVD

It's out there. I've seen it on the internet, but didn't bookmark it. Don't know how much quality would be lost in the process, or how effective it is, either.

George
