Does Laptop Screen Resolution Effect Quality Of The TV Picture?

I would like to know if you lower the laptop resolution does it also effect the resolution of the singers TV.

no the tv res will only go up to 640 x ?? any way it is way lower then
1024 x 768 or any of the other res you would use any way
