Hi ,I feel i owe you guys at mtu an apologie as i did not mean to upset you by sending so many e-mails ,it was just that it was takeing you a long time to get back to me . I was just getting very frustrated with not be able to re-install my hoster after paying all the money for it. As i said my windows is a lagit copy bought from pc world in plymouth england. Why i get this re-install problem i do not no ,i have the same comp as i have always had and can only think that it maybe down to a couple of hardware upgrades like external harddrive and new printer recently. Anyway i apolgise again and ask if you can confirm for me that i may now do a fresh install of windows and hoster and then back-up with norton ghost so as not to bother you with this problem again?
