Cant reinstall microstudio after computer crashed

ok ok ok this is the 4th time my computer crashed and everytime it did before and i had to reset it back to factory settings i was able to reinstall the software. now for some reason i can't it says its already registered to a computer and won't let me. what can i do i need this to backup my cdgs, my business depends on this. please let me know. thanks
