Please Help With Upgrade

Support or anyone that can answer,

I have purchased the upgrade to Hoster 3.0 to upgrade the program that I received as a gift from someone. Support has been great so far thanks Doug.

This is my question......

Because I received the program as a gift, support can not find the original purchase.

If I provide the info on the original purchase, am I allowed to upgrade Hoster like I am trying to do. My purchase of the upgrade has not included the download link yet. I am still waiting for that email.

Has anyone gone through this?

Thanks,
Chris Ware

Yes, I had a conversation with the president due to a concern about my computer back in July and he offered me actually 2 free upgrades to make up for the issue.

Re: Please Help With Upgrade

This 3.0 version is a Pay Upgrade for EVERYONE. There were no Free upgrades to this version for anybody.

If this is the case, then you need to email Dave from the Contacts Page and state who you are an all of that, for him to fix this for you.
