Tring To Install On New Computer

I recently purchased a new computer system (Win XP and not Win 98).
When I to install the Home Producer Pak, it tells me that the software is
registered to another computer (ie my old computer). Do I need new codes other then the ones I received when I purchased the software, or is there something that needs to be done on your end ????
