HOster (made floppy registration) keeps failing
 

i originally bought 2.011 and never got to instal due to fire at club. but i still have my disc, anyway i have recenly rebuilt my library n am readt so i bought the upgrade 2219 and have tried to install on new laptop. (XP, ati radeon). i Make the floppy and use my main computer to send info and i get failed registration. i have tried this with and without the upgrade code. i have made sure of my original code as well ( it was saved with the disc (printout)) anyway please help (getting registered) i'd like to start on it soon. thanks.

the only ones who can answer this is mtu suppot please since they know i tried 8 times plus. and it failed please respond MTU thanks
