new hard drive
 

I have a dell inspiron 8200 with windows XP home. My hard drive crashed
and dell replaced it. with a new one. I was able to get the information off
of my old hard drive. I now get a message SN does not match Please
install again. I now have a new E-Mail address Do I use the new one
or the old one. Thank You

From what I remember, always use the original email address that was used when Microstudio was registered.

You must uninstall the Program, Reboot the computer. Then start the installation again to reinstall the software. You must use the Old email that your RegCode is tied to, or it will not install.
