Vogone 2.210 Product Id

Last week I baught the Vogone 2.210. But I am not able to install it . It is asking for the registration code or the product ID. Please help with this. My E mail is Removed for Customer Safety.

If you have paid for it, then please notify us, as it states in the Package. You shipped it COD, you must notify Doug here at MTU that you recieved it so that he can make sure payment was made. It takes 2 weeks for UPS to notify us.
