You need to make sure that you have all of the Windows Updates installed on your computer. You do this by connecting to the Internet, clicking on the Start Menu\Windows Updates.

do you have the most curent verison of media player
and all so do you have net framework 1.1 in stalled on this unit

i think the missing dll you dont have are in net frame work 1.1
or you have it it my be corrupted
try to down load net rame if you dont have it

make sure you have windows SP2 !!

plus let us know whats your computer ?? p4, p3. p2??? celeron ?
