accelerator programs

In the download instructions it says to disable any download accelerator program that is running on my computer. How do I do this and how do i know if one is running? I got a message that my downloads were used up. please help.

The download accelerator will not cause this. What will cause this to say that its used up, is that you are not typing the Link in exactly as it appears in your email.

What you need to do is make sure that you are typing in your Download Link Exactly as it appears in your email.
